Origin Pure SteriFlux Pleated Cartridge Filter use patent pleated technology for best performance. Germany imported Membrane and 100% Integrity test for each membrane filter. They are widely used in water treatment, seawater desalination, power plant, food and beverage, Pharma and Semiconductor applications.
Origin Pure SteriFlux Pleated cartridge filter includes SteriFlux PPL/PPA series PP pleated cartridge filter, SteriFlux S/SD series PES pleated cartridge filter and SteriFlux OPT series PTFE.
They used 100% polypropylene raw material, which had certified by NSF, FDA CFR 21. Germany, American imported membrane provides better filtration performance on usage. Symmetric membrane design provides longer lifespan and lower △ P
Considering the SIP and autoclave process in food and beverage, pharma, fermentation etc fields, Origin Pure have prepare different adapter and core to meet different request, like lining SS Oring on 222/226 connector, SS304/SS316L core etc.
SteriFlux PPL/PPA series PP pleated cartridge filter includes nominal and absolute ratio for water treatment usage. SteriFlux PPL series PP filter cartridge are widely used as security filter media; SteriFlux PPA series with Beta 5000/99.98% effeciency, it could be used for Food and Beverage, Pharmacieutical or Semiconductor process.
SteriFlux S series installed with imported symmetic PES membrane, which has better hydrophilic feature and still have perfect integrity value after many times auto-clave or online sterile. Double layers SteriFlux SD series are mainly recommended for pharmacieutical application to guarantee strict biosafety.
SteriFlux OPT series Hydruphilic PTFE pleated cartridge is widely provided for fermantation, API gas venting etc. 5inch filter cartridge is available too. Of course, SS304 core as a good option is prepared for our clients.
